Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be included in their original condition.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this period.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Step 1: Initiate a Request — Send an email with your return request, including your Order ID and the reason for return, to ayushenterprises828@gmail.com.
  2. Step 2: Share Supporting Photos — If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photographs showing the issue to help speed up the process.
  3. Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions — Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions detailing the return process. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our guidelines.

Refund Process & Timeline

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm compliance with the return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

Partial Refund Guidelines

If an item only partially meets the return requirements, such as cases involving minor damage or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
